All GSB Cues carry a lifetime warranty for materials and craftsmanship. Excluding warpage and abuse to the original owner.
Repair and Service Policies
At this time we will only work on GSB Cues and other cue makers work with written consent. No one can repair the cue better than that by whom it was built. We would ask that the same is done with our cues as well out of kindness.
